The management systems certification body of "NAREK" Scientific Research CJSC is accredited to ISO 9001 "Quality management systems. General requirements", ISO 14001 "Environmental management systems. Requirements and application guidelines", ISO 22000 "Food safety management systems. Requirements for organizations in the food chain, ISO 45001 "Occupational health and safety management systems. Requirements and application guidance" /see accreditation certificate/

The management system certification of "NAREK" Scientific Research CJSC includes:

✔ Preliminary audit

✔ Registration of a certification application

✔ Application analysis

✔ Decision on certification application

✔ Audit program development

✔ Audit planning

✔ Management systems audit

✔ On-site audit

✔ Audit report preparation

✔ Decision-making on certification

✔ Preparation and delivery of the certificate of conformity to the customer

✔ After the issuance of the certificate of conformity, also conducting a compliance audit of certified management systems

Audit activities include:

✔ Holding a preliminary consultation

✔ Examination of documents during the audit

✔ Communication during the audit

✔ Determining the roles and responsibilities of guides and observers

✔ Gathering information

✔ Obtaining audit data

✔ The formulation of audit conclusions

✔ Holding a final meeting

The management system certification body may suspend the validity of a certificate, but for a period not exceeding six months, in the following cases:

− In case of detection of non-compliances related to significant risks during compliance control

− If the identified discrepancies are not eliminated within two months

− In the event of substantiated complaints from consumers regarding product and production safety, which are related to violations of legal and regulatory requirements

− In case of violation of the rules for the use of the certificate of conformity and the application of the mark of conformity

− In cases of refusal to participate in compliance control processes and/or payment for conducting the processes
